Ellen Rothberg, President of VNA HealthCare, welcomes the 540 attendees to the Greater Hartford Nightingale Awards for Excellence in Nursing Gala. Guest speaker Carol Picard, PhD, RN, CS, President of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society, urged nurses to "become the change we want to see."
