If we are unable to accept your submission, the
sponsorship fee will be refunded.
Nurses must be sponsored by a nursing employer.
Digital headshot photographs (emailed or sent
by CD) must be received with nomination to
be included in a presentation. Photographs may
be emailed as a JPEG file (3” x 5”,
100 dpi) to the contact person in your region:
The Nightingale Awards Advisory
Committee reserves the right to decline a nomination
if the nurse does not meet the basic criteria.
Nurses will be notified, by mail, of award and
event details.
